Tell us. We hold the record of what you sent and can chase them, though we cannot answer for them.
We hold the record of exactly what you sent and when, so we can confirm it arrived and follow up with the advertiser directly.
What we can do: chase the advertiser, confirm the listing is still live, and take a listing down if its advertiser has stopped responding altogether.
What we cannot do: answer on their behalf, commit them to anything, or hold dates for you. We are not a party to the arrangement.
