Listora exists because advertising a vacation property should not mean handing your phone number to five companies and hoping.
Listora is a peer-to-peer SaaS advertising platform for vacation property owners. Our team creates, publishes and manages your listing, we advertise it, and interested users contact you directly.
The platform provides digital advertising, listing placement, listing management software, inquiry submission, and direct communication between advertisers and the people who contact them. That is the whole of it.
Listora operates exclusively as an advertising and technology service provider — not a travel agency, a real estate brokerage, a vacation rental operator, or a property management company.
Advertisers keep responsibility for their own listings — the property, its availability, its pricing, any negotiation, and any arrangement made with an interested user. We are not a party to it and have no standing in it.
Listora generates revenue through advertising fees and listing plans paid by advertisers — the fee covers creating, publishing and managing the listing and advertising it — never through commission on a reservation or on anything an advertiser agrees with an interested user.
What the platform provides
The people who own these properties usually know them inside out, and there are stretches of the year when they sit empty. What they wanted was somewhere credible to say so.
Instead they found sites that made money from the transaction — and behaved accordingly. Sales calls at dinner time. Inquiries resold to whoever paid most. A percentage taken at the end. The listing itself was almost beside the point.
Listora charges one flat fee to advertise for a fixed term and earns nothing else, from anyone. We take no commission, we do not resell inquiries, and we accept no payment from anybody for placement beyond the plan an advertiser chose. That constraint is the product.
Written down so you can hold us to them.
Not on a rental, not as a success fee afterwards. The advertising fee is our entire revenue from you.
No reservation, no held date, no funds held on anyone's behalf. An interested user pays the advertiser directly, if and when they agree something.
A message to an advertiser reaches that advertiser. It is not distributed to agents, partners or lead networks — not once, not ever.
If you advertise with us, the only calls you get are from people who read your listing and want to talk about it.
The fee is the fee, and renewal is a flat figure published up front. Nothing we charge is contingent on a result, before or after.
Listora advertises vacation properties available to rent. We do not market property or ownership interests for sale, and we are not a broker or an agent.
Samples built to demonstrate the format, using stock photography and example copy. Advertisers' own listings replace them as they publish.

We are responsible for the platform: that your listing publishes, that it is placed and promoted as your plan says, that inquiries reach you, and that your reporting is accurate. If we fail at any of that, it is ours to fix — and the refund policy says what happens if we cannot.
Advertisers are responsible for their own listings — the property, its availability, its pricing, any negotiation, and any arrangement made with an interested user. We do not verify a property, inspect it, or check anyone's entitlement to let it, and we do not stand behind what two users agree between themselves.
And a hard rule: Listora will never ask anyone to send funds to us in connection with a listing, and no legitimate inquiry here ever requires it. If anyone says otherwise, that is a fraud attempt — report it and we will remove the listing the same day.
