Advertising & plans

- Do I need an account to browse or make contact? No. Browsing, searching and sending an inquiry all work without signing up.
Inquiries
- How inquiries work An inquiry is a message to the advertiser, with the dates you have in mind. It goes to them and nobody else.
- The advertiser has not replied — what now? Tell us. We hold the record of what you sent and can chase them, though we cannot answer for them.
Safety & payments
- How money should change hands Directly between the two users, never through Listora. The only money we take is the advertising fee.
- Reporting a listing or a user Send us the listing reference and what you saw. We would rather take a listing down than leave a bad one up.

- How publishing and managing a listing works You create it, we review it for completeness and publish it, and you manage it yourself for the whole term.

What is Listora?
A peer-to-peer advertising platform for vacation property owners. You supply the property details; our team writes the listing up, publishes it and maintains it, and we advertise it — that is what the plan fee covers. You manage the listing from your account, and interested users contact you directly. Listora is not a travel agency, a real estate brokerage, a vacation rental operator, or a property management company.
How does Listora make money?
Advertisers pay a flat fee to advertise a listing for a fixed term. That fee is the only money Listora takes. We charge no commission on a reservation, no success fee, and no percentage of anything you agree with an interested user.
Do you handle bookings or payments?
No. Listora takes no reservations, holds no dates, processes no payments between users, and holds no funds. An interested user contacts you through your listing and the two of you arrange dates, price and payment directly.
Who is responsible for a listing?
You are. The advertiser is responsible for the property, its availability, its pricing, any negotiation and any arrangement made with an interested user — our team writing the listing up does not change that. Ask us and we will change or remove the listing at any time.
Can I advertise a property for sale?
No. Listora advertises vacation properties available to rent. We do not advertise property or ownership interests for sale, and we are not a broker or an agent.
Do you guarantee inquiries or bookings?
No. A plan buys advertising placement and promotion for a fixed term. What that produces depends on your property, your pricing and your market, and no advertising platform can promise it.
What is your refund policy?
Cancel before your listing publishes and you are refunded in full. After it publishes, you are refunded pro rata for the unused days of the advertising term. Email us and we respond within two business days. The full policy is published on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
