What is and is not included
Results are not guaranteed. A plan buys advertising placement and promotion for a fixed term. Advertising performance — impressions, clicks, inquiries and bookings — is not guaranteed, and depends on your property, your pricing and your market.
Renewal is unconditional. Renewal is a flat 50% of the plan price, charged only if you choose to renew. The renewal price is the same whatever the advertising achieved.
Campaign spend. The campaigns listed in your plan are built and run by Listora, and their media spend is covered by the plan fee. Listora does not ask advertisers for a separate advertising budget.
No commission, and no payments between users. Interested users contact you directly. Listora never handles their payments, holds no funds, and takes no commission on anything you agree with them.
Your listing is yours. Your listing content is yours. You keep the rights to the photographs, the text and anything else you supply, and you can have the listing changed or taken down at any time by asking us.
Your responsibility. Advertisers are responsible for their own listings — the property, its availability, its pricing, any negotiation, and any arrangement made with an interested user.

The parts we don't charge extra for
Unlimited changes
Ask us to change your copy, photos, rates or availability whenever you like, as often as you like, for the whole term. We make the change.
Pause any time
Property unavailable for a while? Ask us to pause the listing and resume it later. The term keeps running, so a long pause spends days you have paid for.
Direct inquiries
Messages arrive in your Listora inbox and your email, with your address kept private until you reply.
Monthly reporting
Views, unique visitors, inquiries, traffic sources and an approximate geographic map for your own listing.
Unlimited photos
Up to twenty images on Starter and forty above it, with no per-photo charge on any plan.
No commission, ever
Whatever you agree with an interested user is entirely yours. We take no percentage, at any stage, from anyone.
