Verification
What a listing is, and what it is not
An advertisement written by the advertiser, with a way to message them. It does not hold a date or take a payment.
It is worth being precise about what a listing is.
It is: an advertisement for a vacation property, and a way to send the advertiser a message.
It is not: a booking engine. Nothing on the page reserves a date, and no payment is taken by Listora. The advertiser confirms your dates, sets the final rate, and takes the payment directly.
Listora reviews a listing for completeness before it publishes. That is not a verification of ownership, of title, or of the condition of the property, and you should not treat it as one.
Listora is not a party to the arrangement you reach with an advertiser, cannot hold a date for you, and cannot answer on their behalf. We will never ask you to send funds to Listora — if anyone does, it is not us.
If something about a listing looks wrong to you, tell us. We would rather take a listing down than leave it up.
Did this answer it?
If not, ask our assistant on the Help page — it answers straight away — or write to us and a person will reply within one business day. You can also email help@listora1.com.
