What happens after I submit a listing

Your submission gets a reference, our team reviews it for completeness, then it publishes and the term starts.

When you complete the "Advertise" form, we create a draft from what you sent and give you a reference beginning with LST-D. Keep it — quoting it to us is the fastest way to get an answer about your listing.

A draft is not visible to anyone browsing the site. It stays private until it publishes.

Our team then writes the listing up from what you sent and checks it is complete and within our terms. Most listings publish in one to two business days. If something is missing or unclear, we come back to you directly rather than declining quietly.

That review is not a verification of ownership, title, condition, or your entitlement to let the property. Those remain yours, and the Terms say so.

Once the review passes and your plan is arranged, the listing publishes and your 180-day advertising term begins from that date — not from the date you submitted it.
