What Listora is — and what it is not

A peer-to-peer advertising platform. Not a travel agency, a brokerage, a rental operator or a property manager.

Listora is a peer-to-peer Software-as-a-Service advertising platform. You supply the details of your vacation property, our team writes the listing up and publishes it, we advertise it, and interested users contact you directly. You manage the listing from your account for the whole term.

The platform provides digital advertising, listing placement, listing management software, inquiry submission, and direct communication between advertisers and interested users. That is the whole of it.

The things it rules out matter as much as the things it includes:

Listora operates exclusively as an advertising and technology service provider. It is not a travel agency, a real estate brokerage, a vacation rental operator, or a property management company.

Listora does not take reservations or hold dates. There is no checkout on this site and no confirmation number, because there is nothing for us to confirm.

Listora does not handle payments between users, hold funds, or pay advertisers out. Money agreed between two users never passes through us.

Listora does not take a commission. Whatever you agree with an interested user is entirely yours.

Listora does not advertise property for sale. We advertise vacation properties available to rent, and we are not a broker or an agent of any kind.

Listora does not guarantee a result. A plan buys placement and promotion for a term. Impressions, clicks, inquiries and bookings depend on your property, your pricing and your market.

Advertisers keep responsibility for their own listings — the property, its availability, its pricing, any negotiation, and any arrangement made with an interested user. Our team writing the listing up does not change that.
