What Listora provides
Listora is a Software-as-a-Service advertising platform. This is the whole of what it provides — and the list is short on purpose, because what a platform does not do matters as much to the people using it as what it does.
Digital advertising
Google, Meta, TikTok and YouTube campaigns, built and run by our team against your listing, with the channels and volume your plan sets out. Every month you get a report on what ran and what it produced.
Listing placement
Where your listing appears on Listora and how prominently — search visibility, featured placement and priority ordering, all set by the plan you choose rather than by anything you pay us afterwards.
Listing creation and management
Our team writes your listing up from the details you send, publishes it, and keeps it current for the whole term — copy, photos, amenities, rates, availability, and pausing it when the property is unavailable. Send a change request and we make the change.
Inquiry submission
A form on every listing that lets an interested user send a message with their dates and party size. It reaches the advertiser and nobody else, with their email kept private until they reply.
Direct communication
A thread between the advertiser and the person who enquired, in the Listora inbox and by email. Nobody from Listora joins it, and nothing in it is resold as a lead.
Performance reporting
Views, unique visitors, inquiries, traffic sources and an approximate geographic map — for your own listings only. You never see another advertiser's numbers and they never see yours.
What Listora is not
Listora operates exclusively as an advertising and technology service provider — not a travel agency, a real estate brokerage, a vacation rental operator, or a property management company.
Not a travel agency
We take no reservations and hold no dates. There is no checkout on this site and no confirmation number, because there is nothing for us to confirm.
Not a real estate brokerage
We do not sell, broker, list for sale, or transfer property or any interest in it. Listings advertise vacation properties available to rent.
Not a vacation rental operator
We do not own, run, clean, staff or inspect any property advertised here. The advertiser does.
Not a property manager
Availability, pricing, negotiation and every arrangement made with an interested user belong to the advertiser.
Not a payment processor
No payment between users passes through Listora. We hold no funds of any kind, and we will never ask anyone to send money to us for a stay.
Not a lead reseller
An inquiry reaches the advertiser it was sent to. It is not distributed to agents, partners or lead networks — not once, not ever.
How we earn. Listora generates revenue through advertising fees and listing plans paid by advertisers — the fee covers creating, publishing and managing the listing and advertising it — never through commission on a reservation or on anything an advertiser agrees with an interested user.
Your responsibility. Advertisers are responsible for their own listings — the property, its availability, its pricing, any negotiation, and any arrangement made with an interested user.
